Hillcrest Best Paper Award in Behavioral Finance

Hillcrest Asset Management is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the Hillcrest Best Paper Award in Behavioral Finance, for the Review of Financial Studies.

The Hillcrest Best Paper Award in Behavioral Finance recognizes the top paper published each year in the Review of Financial Studies, which presents research in the field of behavioral finance. Winners of this annual award receive a $5000 prize.

The winners of the inaugural Hillcrest Best Paper Award in Behavioral Finance, are Oscar Stolper (University of Marburg; Germany) and Andreas Walter (University of Giessen; Germany) for their paper, “Birds of a Feather: The Impact of Homophily on the Propensity to Follow Financial Advice.”
